Ancestral Trauma Healing
The Historical Self
DNA is an unbroken chain of information, that carries upon it the strengths as well as the vulnerabilities of our ancestors. Epigenetic changes that occur through extreme or cumulative physical and emotional stressors, are passed down the generational line. Cellular memory carries trauma imprints through heritable epigenetic changes. A strong foundation is created by healing these imprints and wounds.
-
Walls and Wounds
The True Self
Developmental trauma healing is core to the spiritual psychotherapist approach. Developmental trauma is understood as an energy pattern that interrupts alignment with the true self. True self is not seen as a final result or destination, but the true expression of your genuine feelings, emotions, desires, and boundaries. It is the foundation of your natural joy and evolutionary blueprint.
-
Energy Psychology
The Energetic Self
The energy of instincts, emotions, and thoughts are taken into account and healed. Harmonization of the entire you is a core elements of the spiritual psychotherapist approach.
-
Macrocosm of Healing
The Eternal Self
The spiritual self, its eternal consciousness, and original blueprint are the guide and goal of healing work. No external sources can truly heal you. This process can be facilitated and supported by others, but ultimately the ability to heal is internal and universally available.
-
Somatic Healing Therapy Approach
The Biological Self
The physical body is a record keeper and projector of the inner world and its wounds. By working with the cellular memory, central nervous system, autonomic nervous system we are able to discharge blocked trauma energy and restore the natural balance of safety within.

Soul Level Healing
The Collective Self

The Spiritual Psychotherapist Approach
-
Trauma Informed Psychotherapist
Wellbeing is the feeling state of inner peace. This means having the experience of being in agreement with yourself. Many life experiences can feel terrible, and leave a person feeling confused, helpless, unsupported, conflicted, angry, and scared.
In order to cope with the unresolvable past, psychologically we freeze relative to that unhealed moment. Physically trauma energy is locked inside, and spiritually there is a fragmentation that follows the lead of the psyche.
Although time continues, the energy imprint of the memory remains in its unhealed state and unconsciously continuesto negatively impact self-image, self-state, creative ability. A spiritual psychotherapist facilitates the resolution and exhalation of these disowned experiences, restoring your sense of stability, self-appreciation, and self-direction.
-
Holistic Healing
The spiritual psychotherapist lens is growth focused and non-medical, although psychiatric support can be part of the healing process - A spiritual psychotherapist does not diagnose or view a person as a mental health diagnosis.
Symptoms of mental health challenges are understood as the result of unresolved distressing life experiences, inner conflict, blocked inherent resources, incomplete blueprint lessons, and sometimes soul loss - which can later manifest as anxiety, depression, addictions, PTSD, lack of fulfillment, and other symptoms that may come to be diagnosed.
-
Integrative Healing
In order to effect complete healing, the multi-dimensional quality of your existence is included in the awareness and scope of the healing process.
The physical, emotional, mental, ancestral, and spiritual aspects of self are taken care of. Combining spiritual awareness with traditional psychological theory allows for a wholesome attention to your entire being enabling sustained and true healing.
Spiritual psychotherapy combines traditional psychotherapeutic methods like parts work, psychodynamic theory, attachment theory, somatic therapy, transpersonal psychology - with spiritual tools and energy psychology methodologies to resolve big and small concerns fully at the root case.
-
Restoration & Self-Determination
Spiritual psychotherapy understands that your blueprint for wellbeing is inherent within you. Therefore a spiritual psychotherapist will help you to gently transform the fragmentary aspects of self (for example emotional wounds, unconscious blindspots, inner conflicts, metaphysical blocks) into integration and alignment with your true desires. Discovering genuine desires may also be part of the spiritual psychotherapist process, where your authentic nature is surfaced and honoured.
This restores a sense of inner peace and natural power, enabling you to create the states and experiences that you desire.
The spiritual psychotherapy process naturally heals the symptoms of many mental health challenges, and restores inherent strength and wellness, because of it intuition to help you align with your original blueprint.
THE SPIRITUAL THERAPIST APPROACH
Challenges and wounds are understood as fierce and valid responses to difficult situations. We work together to improve the internal conditions with respect and love for the past, present, and future versions of you.
All wounds are understood as solutions to problems of the past, which makes spiritual psychotherapy a non-judgmental and self-empowering practice.
We ask what is happening now, and what is calling to be transformed.
Spiritual psychotherapy deals with the energy of the spiritual and material levels of identity. Ego, Psyche, Soul are all important and respected here.
Self-actualisation and personal evolution through inner work is a primary goal. Healing pain, becoming stronger and wiser are pleasant and natural results.
Not broken, do not fix.
